  • Your room comes with complimentary wifi, for network name and password please ask at reception.

  • In your cupboard, there is a hair dryer. If this is missing please contact reception.

  • There are a few cafes near by the Cavenagh, for recommendations please ask reception.

  • Please vacate your room by 10am, keys can be dropped in the pink key drop box at reception or handed to our friendly reception staff.

  • In the event of an emergency, please contact the hotel on 08 8941 6383 for assistance.

    In case of fire or other major emergency, please call 000.

  • General trading hours are 10am - 2am daily

    LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO GUEST'S PROPERTY
    Under the Accommodation Providers Act 1981, an accommodation provider of an accommodation establishment may, in certain circumstances, be liable to make good any loss of or damage to a guest's property even though it was not due to any fault of the accommodation provider or any servant in his employ.
    This liability, however:
    extends only to the property of guests who have engaged a room for sleeping
    is limited to $200 (or any greater amount that is prescribed) to any one guest except in the case of property which has been deposited, or offered for deposit, for safekeeping; and
    does not cover motor vehicles or other vehicles of any kind or property used in connection with a vehicle.

  • Limited car parking is available to the side of the hotel, on a first in best dressed scenario. All other street parking is paid parking. The Hotel does not accept liability for any loss or damage to cars and their contents.

    There is also a door buzzer to the left hand side of the reception window, pressing this will ensure a manager or night porter will be with you shortly.

    The reception team know the very best local activities around Darwin for you to get the most out of your stay.

  • We have a strict no smoking policy in all of our guest rooms, any guests who smoke in their room will be fined $500. Our only smoking area is located in the centre of our outdoor beer garden.

  • Our swimming pools are open daily from 7am – 10pm. All children must be monitored whilst in the pool area by an accompanying adult.
